We are pleased to offer the Annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) on our website. Starting July 1, 2020, you will be able to view the Town of Cleveland Annual Water Quality Report online located on this page.  We encourage you to take a moment to read over the report.

Please note the URL provided to customers on the monthly water bill will take you directly to the CCR (Annual Water Quality Report) for the calendar year 2020, however this water report was prepared for 2019 and therefore the URL provided is http:www.clevelandva.com/2019waterreport. This report was also mailed to each customer with water bills on July 1, 2020. Please note that Tank Hollow Falls Well was not in service or being used for drinking water during the 2019 year, which did prevent the ability to monitor the water from that well. Once that well pump is repaired, all testing will be performed before the well is brought back into service.
